Passport Service

This service is based on a personal escort service from or to the passport control area.

Arrival at Ben Gurion Airport:
You will be escorted through passport control ,assisted with your luggage and helped to exit point or waiting means of transport.

Departure from Ben Gurion Airport:
You will be escorted at Gate 32 ,through security check helped with your luggage and sent through passport control.

Exclusive VIP Massada Lounge

This service offers a personal service throughout the entire airport procedures.
– Arrival to Ben Gurion Airport
Clients are met as they step out of the plane sleeve and driven by a luxury sedan to the terminal, expe-dited through passport control (separate VIP line), assistance at luggage conveyer and escorted to exit point or waiting car/ground transfer.
– Departure from Ben Gurion Airport
Meet with ground escort at Gate 32, private escorted service through security check and checked & hand luggage checkpoint, and expedited through passport control
(separate VIP line).
Escorted through duty free zone and to the boarding gate or the VIP lounge, from where a ground es-cort leads the way to the boarding gate upon boarding

Airport VIP Service
to/from the Aircraft doors

This service is reserved for guests who wish to sit back & relax in selected lounges While all airport proce-dures are handled on their behalf. While enjoying refreshments and/or attending to business in the busi-ness service area, a Superb representative expedites all the formalities of customs, immigrations, luggage and boarding for the traveler
Arrival to Ben Gurion Airport
Clients are met as they step off the plane sleeve and driven by a luxury sedan to the VIP Massada Lounge. The VIP team manages all security and immigration procedures and collects all checked luggage and delivers it to the Lounge. Once procedures are completed, guests are escorted to their waiting car or Superb luxury Transfer Services ( hyperlink to transfers page) Additional fees apply for Transfer service
Departure from Ben Gurion Airport
Travellers are met by a Superb VIP team escort at the Arbel / Masada Lounge. The Superb escort looks after luggage handling, security and immigration procedures. Once procedures are completed travellers are driven by a luxury sedan to the aircraft doors bypassing group gate boarding
